Required Documents (প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র)
Please keep the following documents ready before visiting the camp or applying online. All documents must be clear and valid.

1. Recent Passport Size Photograph (সাম্প্রতিক রঙিন ছবি)
Duly signed recent passport size colour photograph of the applicant.

2. Aadhaar Card (আধার কার্ড)
Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card. (Identity Proof)

3. Age Proof (বয়স প্রমাণের নথি)
Admit Card of Madhyamik / Equivalent examination.

4. Educational Qualification (শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার প্রমাণপত্র)
Marksheet / Certificate of Educational Qualification (Madhyamik or above).

5. Caste Certificate (জাতি শংসাপত্র)
OBC/SC/ST certificate (if applicable).

6. Voter Card (ভোটার কার্ড)
Self-attested copy of Voter Card.

7. Bank Account Details (ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টের বিবরণ)
Self Attested photocopy of the 1st page of bank passbook (showing A/c holder's name, A/c no., Bank address, IFS code & MICR No.).
Note: Bank account should be a single bank account in the name of the eligible unemployed youth member only.

8. Cancelled Cheque (বাতিল চেক)
A cancelled cheque of the same bank account.
Self-Declaration (স্ব-ঘোষণা)
The applicant must provide a self-declaration regarding the following points:
- That he/she is a resident of West Bengal.
- That he/she does not receive any monthly assistance from any regular job of State Government except educational benefit or scholarship, if any.
- He/she will inform the authority if he/she gets an employment or enrolled in any other schemes or otherwise becomes ineligible.
- Information furnished by him / her in the application form are true.
- He/she has no objection in authenticating himself/herself with Aadhaar Based Authentication System and gives his/her voluntary consent as required under the Aadhaar Act, 2016 & Regulations framed thereunder for seeding his/her Aadhaar number for matters relating to Banglar Yuba Sathi.
