Before You Apply Online (অনলাইনে আবেদনের আগে প্রস্তুতি)

Before starting your online application, make sure you have the following documents ready. আবেদন করার আগে নিচের ডকুমেন্টগুলো প্রস্তুত রাখুন:

                 Important: All documents should be scanned/photographed clearly and saved in the specified format and size. সব ডকুমেন্ট পরিস্কার ভাবে স্ক্যান করে নির্দিষ্ট ফরম্যাট এবং সাইজে সেভ করুন।

1. Madhyamik or Equivalent Admit Card (মাধ্যমিক বা সমতুল্য অ্যাডমিট কার্ড)
Format: PDF only | Maximum Size: 2 MB

2. Madhyamik Mark Sheet/Educational Certificate (মাধ্যমিক মার্কশীট/শিক্ষাগত সার্টিফিকেট)
Format: PDF only | Maximum Size: 2 MB

3. Aadhaar Card Copy (আধার কার্ডের কপি)
Format: PDF only | Maximum Size: 2 MB

4. Voter Card Copy (ভোটার কার্ডের কপি)
Format: PDF only | Maximum Size: 2 MB

5. Bank Passbook First Page (ব্যাংক পাসবুকের প্রথম পাতা)
Format: PDF only | Maximum Size: 2 MB

6. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (শুধুমাত্র SC/ST/OBC প্রার্থীদের জন্য)
Only if applicable | Format: PDF only | Maximum Size: 2 MB

7. Recent Passport Size Photo (সাম্প্রতিক পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ফটো)
Format: JPG or PNG only | Maximum Size: 1 MB

8. Signature of Applicant (আবেদনকারীর স্বাক্ষর)
Format: JPG or PNG only | Maximum Size: 1 MB

9. Valid Mobile Number (বৈধ মোবাইল নম্বর)
A valid mobile number is required. An OTP/Secret PIN will be sent to this number for verification and all future communications. এই নম্বরে OTP পাঠানো হবে এবং সমস্ত যোগাযোগ এই নম্বরে করা হবে।

                 Pro Tip: Keep all these files organized in a single folder on your computer or phone before starting the application process. আবেদন শুরু করার আগে সব ফাইল একটি ফোল্ডারে গুছিয়ে রাখুন - এতে সময় বাঁচবে!
            

Step-by-Step Online Application Process

Registration

Click on "New Registration". Enter Name and Mobile Number. Verify via OTP.

Fill Personal Details

Enter Father/Mother's name, Date of Birth, Gender, Caste, and Address details.

Upload Documents

Upload scanned copies of Photo, Signature, Aadhaar, and Marksheet (Max size: 200KB).

Method 2: Offline Application (Duare Sarkar / Special Camps)
