Eligibility Criteria (যোগ্যতার মাপকাঠি)
All eligible applicants will submit the duly filled in signed application form at camps and other places as notified. Before applying, please ensure you meet the following criteria.
Who Can Apply? (কারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন?)
- ✅ Residency: Applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
(অবশ্যই পশ্চিমবঙ্গের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।) - ✅ Age Limit: Between 21 to 40 years as of 01.01.2026.
(বয়স ২১ থেকে ৪০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে।) - ✅ Education: Must have passed at least Madhyamik (Class 10) from a recognized board.
(ন্যূনতম শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: মাধ্যমিক পাশ।) - ✅ Employment: Must be currently UNEMPLOYED.
(বর্তমানে কোনো কাজ বা চাকরি থাকা চলবে না।) - ✅ Bank Account: Must have an active sole bank account linked with Aadhaar.
Who Cannot Apply? (কারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন না?)
- ❌ Regular Students: Students enrolled in full-time regular courses are generally not eligible.
- ❌ Government Employees / Assistance Receivers:
- He/she must not receive any monthly assistance from any regular job of State Government.
- Exception: Educational benefits or scholarships are allowed.
- ❌ Double Enrollment: Applicants must not be enrolled in other schemes that make them ineligible.
